A horrifying haunted house tries to drag your soul into its fiery pits. A vampire virus wipes out the world leaving a single legendary man. And something nightmarish rides on your plane’s wing at twenty thousand feet.

These are just some of the terrifying creations of the late great Richard Matheson. Check out a couple of his terrifying and most unnerving stories on our YouTube channel. They are “Graveyard Shift” and Blood Son”.

It goes without saying Richard Matheson influenced most of the horror masters today. As Stephen King wrote, “The author who influenced me most as a writer was Richard Matheson.” We have to humbly agree he’s a from-the-grave mentor to us as well. He’s written “What Dreams May Come”, “Hell House”, the excellent “Shadow on the Sun”, “I Am Legend”, and many, many more.

We present another brief, but unnerving story for your enjoyment. This one is called “Born of Man & Woman”.

Will anyone let this little monster out of his basement?
